This policy describes how Printka processes personal data on the website www.printka.com and in the Printka Console application (www.printka.com/console).

Data we process

Website

When you send us an inquiry or an order, we process the data you enter (name, company, e-mail, phone, event details) in order to answer the inquiry and fulfil the contract. The website uses Google Analytics with IP anonymisation.

Printka Console and Facebook Login

Printka Console is used by customers who rent the Printka Instagram hashtag printer for their events. You sign in with Facebook Login. With your permission we receive from Meta:

• your Facebook user ID, name, e-mail address and profile picture (permissions email, public_profile),
• the list of Facebook Pages you manage and the Instagram business accounts connected to them (pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, instagram_basic),
• Instagram media of the connected business account and media published under the event hashtag (image, caption, author username), so that they can be displayed and printed at your event,
• an access token used to call the Meta APIs on your behalf.

We use this data only to provide the Printka service for the event you have rented Printka for. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising and do not share it with third parties except providers of hosting and cloud storage who process it on our behalf. We never post anything to your Facebook Page or Instagram account.

Legal basis and retention

Data is processed for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep data only as long as needed for the event and the related contract, or as long as required by law (accounting and tax records).

Data deletion

You can ask us to delete all data we received from Facebook or Instagram at any time:

1. Send an e-mail to hello@printka.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and the name or e-mail of your Facebook account.
2. We delete your account, access tokens and the data obtained through the Meta APIs within 30 days and confirm the deletion by e-mail.

You can also remove Printka from your Facebook account under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. This revokes our access immediately.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
